This is done by allowing the user to specify the desired lumens they want, and then testing the light at different heights until lumens in that range are achieved.
Example:
If you set the desired LUX to 10,000, assuming your light gives out over 10,000 lumens, hold screen of phone close to light, and slowly pull away until phone beeps. When phone beeps, the current lumen output at the current distance is between 9,700-10,300, and you should raise your light to this distance from the plant.

-Desired LUX values range from 0 to 50,000.
